As an ambitious player, I have been taught a couple of important lessons while playing over the years. It does not matter if you are partial to gambling at the real world’ type or the numerous web casinos. The following are my golden rules of wagering, many of which might be looked at as clear thinking, but if accepted they will help you go a long way to leaving with a smile on your face.

Rule 1: Go to a casino with a determined value that you are willing and can afford to wager – How much would it cost for an evening out on diner, drinks, cover charges and tips? This is a great sum to use.

Rule two: Don’t pack your debit card out with you – or any other way of drawing cash out. Do not worry about cash for the cab if you throw away all of it; most taxi drivers, notably the taxis booked at casinos, will take you to your home and will be more than happy to wait for the moola when you get back.

Rule three: Stay to an upper cap. I always envision what I would like to buy if I earn. The previous time I was able to go, I decided I’d really would like to buy a new Media Player which retailed at $400, so that was my set threshold. As soon as I surpassed this figure, I quit. Just walk away. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself approaches with you the next number for the roulette wheel, pay no attention to her and say goodbye. Leave comfortable in the understanding that you will be going into the mall and acquiring a delightful new toy!

Rule 4: Have a good time. When you are "effervescent" you will profit. It is a fact. I don’t understand the reason why, but it simply is. Once it feels like a chore, or you are only playing to gain a profit you have lost, you usually will fritter away even more. When you’re winning, having a wonderful experience with your mates, or your boyfriend, you will gain more and more.
